- How do I enter the Contest?
- During the Contest Period, http://www.aaa.com/DiscoveryCrew and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid email address. Next, follow the directions to provide a response (each no longer than one hundred (100) words) to each of the following questions:
- Question 1: Why do you want to go on this trip?
- Question 2: How do rivers affect the communities through which they run?
- Question 3: During the trip, you will meet many people. In what ways do you expect the people you meet to be similar to and different from yourself and your friends?
Then, upload one (1) photo of yourself displaying your passion for travel or enthusiasm for discovering the Netherlands and Belgium and individuality. Your responses to all three (3) questions and photo will be collectively referred to as your submission ("Submission"). By uploading your Submission, you agree that it conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the "Guidelines and Restrictions") and that Sponsor may disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Submission Guidelines:
- Each written response must be in English and must not exceed one hundred (100) words in length;
- The photo must be in .jpg, .png, .gif, or .pdf format; and
- The photo must not exceed 10MB in size.
Content Restrictions:
- The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
- The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Contest;
- The Submission must not feature brand names or trademarks other than the Sponsor's mark, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate into his/her Submission for this Contest;
- The Submission must not contain text not created by entrant;
- The Submission must not contain text that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
- The Submission must not contain text that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
- The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.

- You may enter once per the life of the contest.
- What are the prizes for this contest?
- SIXTY (60) GRAND PRIZES: Each winner will be provided a stateroom for themselves and a qualified, accompanying parent chaperone to share on a 7-night/8-day river cruise from March 12-19, 2023, beginning and ending in Amsterdam, with ports-of-call in the Netherlands and Belgium.

- There is a limit of one prize per person.
- I got a message that I've already entered, but I haven't. What should I do?

- Images cannot be modified or deleted once they are submitted for any reason.
- How do I access the contest via my mobile device?
- To access the contest from your mobile device, visit on https://aaa.promo.eprize.com/discoverycrewcontest22/ your mobile device.
- How do they determine finalists?
- At the conclusion of the submission phase, a panel of qualified judges, whose decisions regarding selection of winners are final and binding, will select the 60 finalists based upon the contest rules.
- When will the winners be notified?
- The winners will be contacted by 11/15/22. The winners will be notified via email from the contact information provided upon registration. Once the winners are confirmed and prizes are fulfilled, an official win list will be posted.

- Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
- I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
- We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive, we are unable to change registration information. Your submission will also include a phone number, which provides a secondary means of contact. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.
